12:15 PM Rabbi's Sermon followed by Kiddush/ Lunch- Join us this week as we launch our newest initiative at Shul on the Beach: "Appreciation Shabbos" which takes place the first Saturday of every month. It is a special time to recognize the unique dedication of our congregants, members, and friends for their commitment to our community, to Judaism, and to the Jewish people. In honor of this inaugural Appreciation Shabbos, following the Rabbi's sermon, we are pleased to welcome Dr. Saman Hazaniy, who will share a few words at lunch about his personal journey toward Shabbat and his connection to our shul. After lunch, we will bentch, enjoy dessert, and conclude with a brief singles talk. We look forward to your participation. We will also be celebrating the birthday of Rob Lipton!
